• Photos are engraved in our classic illustration style

What can assigned to my board's MemoryLink™? Any internet-hosted object with a link that you can copy and pasted except Facebook links.

Can the MemoryLink™ be reprogrammed? Yes, at any time by you, using only your cellphone.

Do you want custom slideshows or videos? 

Heartdrive™ also offers slideshow and video design services.

• Your video(s) are uploaded privately to YouTube for eternal and easy viewing from anywhere, anytime
• Your video(s) are either:
  • Photo slideshows with 15 images across 6 pages and 2 lines of text (opening screen) using the slideshow template shown in the product photos
    • Name your photos numerically in the order you want them to appear. (For example: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg.) Photos are inserted into the template as shown, your provided text is inserted into the title page, and the video is uploaded. No reviewing is included.
  • OR video 15 minutes or less with 2 lines of text (opening & closing screen) and 2 or fewer individual "clips" (this restriction does not include the opening/closing screens we provide) - no transitions or additional text included
  • Upgrade for a fully customized video or photo slideshow that includes 2 rounds of review

How do I submit videos and photos for design services?

• Save videos and photos in numerical format as you want them to appear
  • For example: 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.png, or 1.mp4, 2.mp4, 3.mp4, etc.
• Navigate to the file sharing service WeSendIt.com
• Upload your media and select "Link" rather than the default "Email."
• When you have your link, paste it into the provided text box while ordering

Can I use my boards like a cutting board? Yes, though by using the boards you accept all liability for any damage caused to the boards, the engravings, or the Heartdrive™ logos. Heartdrive™ will not be liable for, nor replace, cutting boards damaged by customer use. Clean gently with a damp cloth. Do not submerge.
